3cupsgreen beanstrimmed
3cupsred potatoesdiced
2tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsgranulated garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 410℉.
Cut potatoes into 1/2" or smaller cubes and rinse under cold water.
