Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.9 ounce packet onion soup mix
  • 6 - 8 ounces fresh mushrooms quartered

Instructions

  • Grease crock well or add a non-stick liner.
  • Mix wine, mushroom soup and onion soup mix well and spread mixture in an even layer in the crock pot.
  • Add country style ribs and push down into mixture.
  • Add fresh mushrooms and cover.
  • Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Pork should be fork tender when done.

Notes

  • We prefer a sweet wine, but your favorite will work well too
