4poundscountry style ribs
1 1/2cuponionsliced
1cupsoda popdark pop works best
2tablespoonsbarbecue seasoning
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoonkosher salt
3/4teaspoonblack pepper
1cupbbq sauce
Instructions
Lightly coat 5 quart of larger slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add pop and onions to the bottom.
Set seasoned ribs on the onions and cover. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 6 to 8 hous until all ribs are fork tender.
Preheat oven to broil and set ribs on a baking sheet. Cover with bbq sauce and broil for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce is caramelized. Serve immediately.
