Sauerkraut Meatballs

Only 5 ingredients and 10 minutes are necessary to create this easy appetizer known as Sauerkraut Meatballs. Tender meatballs cook in a sweet cranberry sauce and sauerkraut to make a unique recipe that is perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces meatballs
  • 14 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 12 ounces chili sauce
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 14 ounces sauerkraut undrained
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Arrange defrosted, precooked meatballs in a single layer in a 9 x 13" dish. Preheat oven to 350℉.

  • In a large mixing stir together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, undrained sauerkraut and water.
    14 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce, 12 ounces chili sauce, 2/3 cup light brown sugar, 14 ounces sauerkraut, 1 cup water
  • Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered for 50 minutes to an hour until meat is warmed through.
