Ingredients
12ouncescorned beefchopped
12ouncessauerkrautdrained
12ouncesSwiss cheeseshredded
8ouncescheddar cheeseshredded
3/4cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsthousand island dressing
2tablespoonshorseradish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients well and transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly along the edges.

Be sure to chop and separate pieces of corned beef before stirring together with other ingredients
