  • 12 Pig Wings
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce optional

Instructions

Electric Smoker

  • Start-up smoker and set to 250°F.
  • Set pig wings on the grates, insert temperature probe and shut the lid to smoke until meat reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
  • Remove from the heat and use a silicone brush to apply bbq sauce if desired. Enjoy!

Convection Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake thawed wings, uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes.
