- 1 cup BBQ sauce optional
Electric Smoker
Start-up smoker and set to 250°F.
Set pig wings on the grates, insert temperature probe and shut the lid to smoke until meat reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
Remove from the heat and use a silicone brush to apply bbq sauce if desired. Enjoy!
