- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups butter melted
Filling
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 14 ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
Topping
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- reserved crumbs
Crumbs
In a large bowl mix together oats, brown sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and melted butter.
Set aside 3 cups of the mixture. Press remaining crumbs in a jelly roll pan.
