Ingredients
1poundground beefbrowned
3ozpackage cream cheese with chivescubed and softened
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonchili powder
21jumbo pasta shellscooked and drained
2tablespoonsbutter
1cupsalsa
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1cupMonterey jack cheese
1 1/2cupscrushed tortilla chips
Toppings
1cupsour cream
3green onionssliced
2cupslettucechopped
3/4cupcherry tomatoessliced
Instructions
Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until brown. Stir to separate meat and drain fat.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese, salt, and chili powder. Simmer 5 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Toss shells with butter. Fill with beef mixture. Arrange shells in buttered 13x9 inch pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell. Cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover pan. Top with cheddar and Monterey jack cheese and chops. Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.
Top with remaining ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
