Orange Jello Cake

This cake has a citrus, dreamsicle flavor and gets the orange color from Jello. Top with a quick homemade pineapple icing and this Orange Jello Cake recipe is delicious!

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounce box yellow cake mix
  • 3 ounce box orange jello
  • 2/3 cup water lukewarm
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl add Jello to cake mix.
    15.25 ounce box yellow cake mix, 3 ounce box orange jello
  • Add water and oil; mix well.
    2/3 cup water, 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Add eggs, salt and vanilla; mix well.
    4 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Top cooled cake with our Old Fashioned Pineapple Icing.
