One Pot Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan
Cooking chicken in tomato sauce, shredding it up and making spaghetti all in one pot is our super easy One Pot Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan recipe.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 1/2 cups pasta sauce
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spaghetti Fideo or broken into pieces
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Place chicken breasts in bottom of the crock.
Add onion, garlic and Italian seasoning to the tomato juice. Stir and pour over chicken.
Add sauce to crock and top with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours. Chicken should be fork tender and shred easily when done cooking.
Once chicken is shredded stir in tomato sauce mixture well. Then stir in uncooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs on top. Cover and cook for another 40 - 60 minutes until spaghetti is tender. Enjoy!
