No-Bake Chocolate Cookies
The fastest cookies that can be made are my mom’s No-Bake Chocolate Cookies. With texture from quick oats, color from the cocoa and flavor from the peanut butter these drop cookies are classic and delicious.

1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 2 cups granulated sugar 3 tablespoons cocoa 3 tablespoons peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups quick oats
Use a medium sized saucepan over medium high heat and add butter.

When butter is nearly melted add milk, granulated sugar and cocoa.

Cook until boiling. Stir often and boil for one minute.
Remove from the heat and quickly add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.

Mix well and drop onto a waxed paper covered baking sheet.
