- 8 ounces sour cream
- 5 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple undrained
- 11 ounce can mandarin oranges lite juice, drained
- 8 ounces whipped topping defrosted
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
In a large mixing bowl stir together sour cream, crushed pineapple (do NOT drain), drained oranges and pudding mix.
Fold in whipped topping and mix well.
Chill until firm enough to spoon into a pie crust or serve over angel food cake. Enjoy!
