1poundKielbasacut into coins
2 - 3tablespoonsvegetable oil
1/2headcabbagesliced thin
1/2red pepperchopped
1/2yellow pepperchopped
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
1 1/2teaspoonssalt
3/4teaspoonpepperfreshly ground
Instructions
Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Brown coins of Kielbasa on each side and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
2 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 pound Kielbasa
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet if needed then add cabbage, peppers and red wine vinegar. Season generously with salt and pepper. Then cover and cook over medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes.
1/2 head cabbage, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3/4 teaspoon pepper
Add oil if skillet looks dry or cabbage is beginning to brown. Stir well and continue cooking over medium to medium low heat for another 5 - 10 minutes until cabbage reaches desired tenderness.
Return Kielbasa back to the skillet and serve warm. Additional salt and pepper may be needed to season cabbage at the table. Enjoy!
