Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉ and lightly coat baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mixes together seasonings and rub into the top of the chicken.
  • Pour tomato juice around the meat. Cover with foil and bake for an hour until chicken is done and has reached an internal temperature of 165℉. Let rest for ten minutes before serving and enjoy.
