Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders

A sweet glaze with brown sugar, melted butter, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard make these baked Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders stand out. Honey ham with melted cheese sitting on delicious ranch dressing on a sweet Hawaiian roll makes the best sliders.

Ingredients

  • 12 sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 to 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 12 slices swiss cheese

Glaze

  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.  Line a 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 
  • Slice rolls in half and spread ranch dressing over the bottom of rolls.
  • Add half of sliced ham on the bottom layer. Then add half of cheese. 
  • Repeat ham and cheese layer and put top back on rolls.  

Glaze

  • Mix all other ingredients together, brush this mixture on top of rolls. 
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
