- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 20 ounces tomato soup
- 1 cup water
Topping
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper while cooking. Drain any fat.
Add onions to the skillet and cook until translucent.
Cook noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain and return to the pot.
Add tomato soup and water to the noodles, stir well.
Stir in cheese and hamburger.
Pour into a 9 x 13" casserole dish.
