- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 ounces radishes thinly sliced and chopped
- 1 cup carrots grated
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 1 cup yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
Dressing
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounce bottle Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
Drain well and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add Italian dressing, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well.
Add chopped vegetables and stir well.
Cover and chill for at least an hour. Stir well before serving and enjoy!
