Warm and delicious, this one pot Creamy Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe is so easy to make! This is one of my family’s fuss free slow cooker meals for when life gets busy.

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Prepare 6 quart or larger crock by coating with non-stick cooking spray or adding a liner.
  • Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer. Then pour cream of chicken soup over the meat.
  • Sprinkle diced ham on the chicken and then lay out slices of cheese in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and then pour melted butter on.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 5 hours until a meat thermometer reads 165°F internal temperature in the chicken.

Notes

Serve whole chicken breasts OR shred chicken and mix everything together to make a casserole.
