Creamy Banana Pudding
More cool and creamy than sweet and rich, this classic banana pudding layers nilla wafers, a vanilla pudding mixture and ripe fruit.

- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 4.3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 11 ounce box vanilla wafers
- 3 medium bananas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, water and pudding mix. Beat until well blended. Chill 4 minutes.
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 1 1/2 cups cold water, 4.3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
Whip the cream and fold into the chilled pudding mixture.
2 cups whipping cream
Spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture into a 9 x 13" or 2 1/2 quart round glass serving bowl.
Top with 1/3 of the vanilla wafers and sliced bananas dipped in lemon juice.

Repeat layering 1/3 pudding mixture and topping with bananas and vanilla wafers. Chill thoroughly and serve within 24 hours for best results.
