Cream Cheese Chicken Crescent Rolls

These Cream Cheese Chicken Crescent Rolls have a rich and creamy filling to make an easy appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken or turkey I use a 14.5 oz. can
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup red pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.

  • Add cooked and shredded turkey or chicken, red pepper and green onions, mix well.

  • On a greased baking sheet, unroll 2 packages of refrigerated crescent roll dough into four equally sized rectangles.

  • Spread chicken mixture evenly over the crescent rolls.
  • Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice and place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • *Or cut crescent dough into slices before unrolling, turn on side and press into a cup shape. Fill the center with the cream cheese mixture and bake until golden brown.
