- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 orange peeled
- 3 ounces strawberry Jello
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Grind cranberries, peel orange, remove seeds and grind.
Pour into a mixing bowl and stir in sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes to sweeten the fruit.
Mix up gelatin according to the directions on the package. Stir well. Cover and let set in the refrigerator for at least two hours or until set.
