Coleslaw For A Crowd

A little tangy, a little creamy, this is a good Coleslaw For A Crowd recipe that will appeal to lots of people at your picnic, potluck, graduation party or 4th of July party.

Ingredients

  • 64 ounces tricolor coleslaw mix green & red cabbage with carrots
  • 30 ounce jar mayonnaise
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Using a medium sized mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, onion powder and sea salt. Mix well.
    30 ounce jar mayonnaise, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1/3 cup dijon mustard, 1/4 cup celery seeds, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • In an extra large commercial sized mixing bowl add one 32 ounce bag (half) of the coleslaw mix.
    64 ounces tricolor coleslaw mix
  • Pour 2 1/2 cups (half) of the dressing over top of the mix and use a sturdy long handled spoon to stir well. Mix well.
  • Pour into a foil pan, cover tightly and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
  • Repeat with remaining coleslaw mix and dressing. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
