1 3/4 cup Orzo pasta uncooked 4 ounces Salami chopped 14 ounce can Artichoke hearts drained 1/2 cup Roasted red pepper chopped 3/4 cup Olive salad mix 3/4 cup Red onion chopped 1/3 cup Feta cheese crumbled 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Koshor salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground 1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper optional
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package; drain and rinse immediately with cold water
Add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper to red wine vinegar and stir.
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours and serve cold.
