Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats are an EASY spin on original rice crispy treats! Mixing peanut butter in the cereal bars and drizzling more on top is irresistible!
Melt butter in large dutch oven pan over medium-high heat. Once the butter starts to melt add peanut butter and stir well.
Turn to low heat and add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are coated in peanut butter and stir often.
Once the mini marshmallow are nearly melted remove from heat and stir in 2 to 3 cups of cereal at a time.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13" pan and spread evenly with wet fingers. Let cool before cutting and serving.
Melt peanut butter chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Use microwave for 15-second intervals until melted. Use a tablespoon to drizzle over top of rice Krispie treats.
