Crust
4cupsgraham cracker crumbs
1cupbutter
1/2cupgranulated sugar
No-Bake Cheesecake
32ounces cream cheesesoftened
1cupgranulated sugar
16ouncesCool Whipthawed
Topping
42ounces cherry pie filling
Instructions
Crust
Mix together melted 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 4 cups graham cracker crumbs crumbs.
Spread into a 13" x 18" pan and press down until level. Cool 30 minutes.
No-Bake Cheesecake
Using an electric mixer beat 32 ounces cream cheese.
Add 1 cup granulated sugar and mix well.
Fold in 16 ounces Cool Whip and spoon over top of graham cracker crust. Spread gently taking care not to displace pieces of crust.
Topping
Spoon 42 ounces cherry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake. Cover with foil and chill through - at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
