Celery and Peanut Butter

Celery is a vegetable that is high in vitamins, minerals and fiber and pairs well with protein rich peanut butter for a healthy snack. Decorate with raisins or craisins for a more fun kid friendly snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 stalks celery cut into 4" pieces
  • 2 tablespoons raisins optional

Instructions

  • Wash celery, trim leaves and bottom off stalk and allow to air dry.
  • Cut celery into 3 - 4" pieces and apply 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to each piece
