Buckeye Brownie Cookies
A soft cookie is the base for sweetened peanut butter that’s drizzled with chocolate to make these amazing Buckeye Brownie Cookies.

- 19.5 ounces Brownie mix 9 x 13 pan size
- 1/3 cup butter flavor shortening
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat brownie mix, melted shortening, softened cream cheese and egg until well blended. Dough will be sticky.

Drop 24 rounded spoonfuls 2 inches apart.
In a small mixing bowl beat together peanut butter and powdered sugar. Form 24 small balls and lightly press into the center of the brownie cookie.

Bake for 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are set. Place on a wire rack to cool.
Once cool, melt chocolate chips with oil and drizzle over the peanut butter filling.
