Ingredients

  • 18 ounce box brownie mix
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Stir together 18 ounce box brownie mix, 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons water in a large bowl until well mixed.
  • Line muffin tins with cupcake liners. Fill 3/4 full.
  • Sprinkle about 7 chocolate chips on top top of each batter filled cupcake.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 325℉ for 27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
