Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2/3 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 pound bacon cooked & crumbled

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine broccoli, onion, cranberries and bacon.
  • In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, cream and sugar until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until time to serve.

Notes

  • 1/2 pound of bacon is about 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled
