Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 15.5 ounce can Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 10 ounce cans Corn drained
  • 20 ounces Cherry Tomatoes quartered
  • 2 cups Green Onions sliced
  • 2/3 cup Cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 2/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl stir together salad ingredients.
  • In a small mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • Pour dressing over salad, stir and refrigerate before serving.
