Salad
- 4 15.5 ounce can Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 2 10 ounce cans Corn drained
- 20 ounces Cherry Tomatoes quartered
- 2 cups Green Onions sliced
- 2/3 cup Cilantro chopped
Dressing
- 2/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 3 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
In a large mixing bowl stir together salad ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over salad, stir and refrigerate before serving.
