BBQ Kielbasa
A sweet sauce with 7-Up, BBQ sauce and onions make the perfect topping for BBQ Kielbasa sandwiches. Our BBQ Kielbasa recipe is one of our favorite super easy ways to dress up smoked sausage.

1 pound Kielbasa Sausage cut into serving size 1 Sweet Onion cut into wedges 1/2 cup 7-Up 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce
Generously coat a crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
Add serving size pieces of Kielbasa in a single layer.
Layer onions on top of meat.
Pour 7-Up into the crock. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 2 - 3 hours.
We prefer to use Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce in this recipe
Can easily be prepared in a skillet in 10 - 15 minutes
To make a bigger batch I like to cook on high in the slow cooker
