Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

A buttery, slightly sweet and garlicky glaze on these Hawaiian Roll Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders makes one of our family's favorite meals!

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian roll sliders
  • 5 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Glaze

  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

Instructions

  • Line a 9x13 pan with foil and preheat oven to 350°F. Slice slider rolls in half and toast bottom half if desired.

  • Cook bacon in a skillet. Set aside on paper towls and crumble or chop.

  • Brown bround beef in bacon drippings. Cook beef until pink is gone; drain.

  • Turn heat to low and season with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stir in shredded cheese for 1 minute.

  • Spread ground beef mixture on bottom half of slider rolls. Sprinkle bacon on top. Add slices of cheddar cheese and replace top half of rolls.

Glaze

  • Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Spoon or brush over the tops of the sliders.

  • Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
