We love all of the flavor in country style ribs and we love fresh mushrooms in wine sauce, so this Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs with Mushroom Gravy is a real winner in our house!  These ribs are super tender and easy to make.  The aroma from the wine cooking smells great in the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds country style pork ribs I prefer boneless
  • 1/2 cup wine we prefer a sweet wine, but your favorite will work well too
  • 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 6 - 8 ounces fresh mushrooms quartered

Instructions

  • Grease crock well or add a non-stick liner.
  • Mix wine, mushroom soup and onion soup mix well and spread mixture in an even layer in the crock pot.
  • Add country style ribs and fresh mushrooms and push down into mixture. The ribs should be mostly submerged
  • Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Pork should be fork tender when done.
