Ingredients
1.5poundscountry style pork ribsI prefer boneless
1/2cupwinewe prefer a sweet wine, but your favorite will work well too
1small cancream of mushroom soup
1packetonion soup mix
6 - 8ouncesfresh mushroomsquartered
Instructions
Grease crock well or add a non-stick liner.
Mix wine, mushroom soup and onion soup mix well and spread mixture in an even layer in the crock pot.
Add country style ribs and fresh mushrooms and push down into mixture. The ribs should be mostly submerged
Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Pork should be fork tender when done.
