After a long weekend when you need an easy meal to make on Monday this Margarita Pulled Pork is very easy to make. A bonus for the meal is that you can have a Margarita along with your meal to cap off your Monday.

Ingredients
6poundPork Shoulder or pork butt
6TablespoonsLowrey's seasoning salt
1 1/2cupsJose Cuervo Margarita Mix
BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Grease or place non-stick liner in crock pot.
Measure 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt for every pound of pork and rub over entire pork shoulder.
Place pork shoulder in crock pot and at least partially submerge with Margarita Mix. You can’t use too much (unless it makes the crock overflow), but you can use too little.
Cook on low for 10 - 12 hours or high for 6 - 8 hours. Pork shoulder is done when it is tender and can be easily shredded with two forks.
Shred and drizzle with favorite BBQ sauce.
