Ingredients
1cupsugar
1cupbrown sugar
1/2cupbuttersoftened
1/2cupbutter-flavored shortening
3 eggs
2 3/4cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1 1/2teaspooncinnamon
1 1/2cupdried cranberries
2cupsrolled oats
12ozwhite chocolate chips
1/2cupmacadamia nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream butter, shortening, granulated sugar and brown sugar in mixer. Add eggs; mix until well blended.
Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Add oats and mix well.
Stir in cranberries, nuts and chips on low so that the chips don't get broken, or stir by hand.
Make dough into balls or drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes, depending on type of cookie sheet. Remove from oven when cookies are still slightly gooey in the center. Place of cooling racks. Enjoy warm and with a glass of milk
