Fresh Apple Cake

Fresh apples taste so good in this very moist and delicious bundt cake!  Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an easy dessert that people will remember!  Our family looks forward to making Fresh Apple Bundt Cake!

  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups apples peeled & chopped


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in apples
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Set pan on a cooling rack.


  • Combine brown sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour hot glaze over hot cake. Leave in pan 2 hours.
  • Turn cake out onto a plate. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving if desired. Serve warm with ice cream.
