Gooey Marshmallow Brownies
Gooey Marshmallow Brownies have a fudgy brownie layer with a gooey marshmallow layer topped with chocolately crispies that make a DELICIOUS chocolate dessert! These combinations of chocolate are irresistible!

- 1 box family size brownie mix
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Prepare and bake brownies following package directions for original recipe.
Sprinkle marshmallows on hot brownies. Bake for 3 minutes longer.
Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook on low heat stirring constantly until chips are melted. Add rice cereal and mix well. Spread mixture over marshmallow layer. Refrigerate until chilled. Cut into bars and enjoy!
