These Fudge Meltaway Cookies are too good to stop eating! A layer of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate, butter and coconut topped with a perfectly creamy fudge makes an amazing bar cookie!

Ingredients
Graham Cracker Layer
1/2cupbutter
1squareunsweetened chocolate
1/4cupsugar
1teaspoonvanilla
1 1/2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
1cupcoconut
1/2chopped nutsoptional
Creamy Fudge Layer
1/4cupbutter
1tablespoonmilk or cream
2cupspowdered sugarsifted
1teaspoonvanilla
1 1/2squareunsweetened chocolate
Instructions
Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 square chocolate in a saucepan.
Blend remaining "graham cracker layer" ingredients into the melted chocolate. Mix well and press into ungreased 9x9 glass baking dish. Refrigerate.
Melt remaining chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over chilled mixture. Chill again.
Before chocolate is hard cut into squares. Chill until chocolate is firm.
Notes
Melt chocolate over low heat in a saucepan and stir regularly to prevent burning
Refrigerate the graham cracker and coconut mixture to allow to chill and set-up
Be prepared to spread the soft fudge mixture very quickly because it sets up fast
If you would like to make a pattern in the fudge do it quickly without stopping before the fudge begins to set
Chill dish again
Before chocolate is hard, cut into square and return to the refrigeration until firm
