Pork tenderloin is done cooking when the meat thermometer reads 145 degrees F.  Whole muscle cuts of meat are their juiciest best when cooked to 145 degrees F., removed from the heat and allowed to rest for 3 to five minutes before slicing or eating. 

Easy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

We love making easy meals on the grill all year around!  This Easy Grilled Pork Tenderloin is a healthy and delicious meal that everyone in our family enjoys!

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce


  • Slice tenderloin into 1-inch medallions.  Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes - or as long as overnight.
  • Remove medallions from bag, discarding marinade, and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until just done, about 6-9 minutes total cooking time. Internal temperature should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer. Allow pork medallions to rest for three minutes before serving.
