Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce combined are the BEST pork chop marinade EVER! I use 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce per cup of Italian dressing. People tell me all of the time how they marinate chicken in Italian dressing, but they've never thought to marinate pork chops. Well the time is here to grill these excellent pork chops!

Farmhouse Marinated Pork Chops

These are the BEST marinaded pork chops we've eaten!  There are only two ingredients plus the pork chops, Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce.  The combination is SO good and EASY that we make these pork chops all of the time!

  • Tongs

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


  • Place all ingredients in a self-sealing bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes - or as long as overnight.
  • Remove chops from bag, discarding marinade, and grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once, until just done, about 7-10 minutes total cooking time.  Internal temperature should read 145°Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.  
  • Allow pork chops to rest for three minutes before serving.


  • Do NOT overcook the pork!!!
  • Marinate pork chops overnight for maximum flavor
  • Set meat out of the refrigerator for 20 minutes before grilling to help knock the chill off
  • Get your grill hot prior to placing chops on the grill
  • Do NOT overcook the pork!!!
  • Use a meat thermometer and do NOT go past an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  • Let the meat rest for three minutes before cutting
  • Only flip each pork chop once
  • Enjoy the pork chops with a blush of pink in the center
  • We love tossing vegetables in the grill basket to cook along with our pork chops
