Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables
A sheet pan meal consists of ingredients that all fit on one baking sheet and take the same amount of time to bake or roast. Sheet pan sausage is one of our super EASY family meal ideas. My husband loves smoked sausage and we all enjoy roasted vegetables, so this is a great family meal idea.
Servings 4 people
- 1 pound smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces
- 1 yellow pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1.5 cups mushrooms quartered
- 1 medium zucchini sliced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Clean and cut vegetables.
Lightly coat vegetables with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for 20 to 30 minutes until vegetables are desired doneness. Smoked sausage is precooked, so it only needs to be heated through.
