Air Fried Baby Potatoes
Baby golden or red potatoes are lightly seasoned and baked in the air fryer for a simple side dish. Easy Air Fried Baby Potatoes have crispy skins, soft centers and are super delish!
Servings 5 servings
- 1 1/2 pounds Baby potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Koshor salt may be substituted for seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley optional, best on baby red potatoes
Coat potatoes in olive oil by tossing in a bowl.
Sprinkle seasonings on top and toss until all potatoes are coated in seasoning.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on the air fryer tray and set to air fry. Fry for 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F until fork tender and shake tray about 10 minutes into frying. Serve warm and enjoy!
