One Pot Ham & Spaghetti Alfredo

This quick and easy meal is great for kids or busy families. The ham and alfredo adds a nice flavor and the pasta is very filling. Even picky eaters will enjoy this meal that is ready in 15 minutes!

  • 1/2 pound ham cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli chopped into bite size pieces
  • 8 ounces angel hair spaghetti
  • 10 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese optional


  • Cook spaghetti in saucepan according to the package directions. Add the broccoli florets 2 minutes before spaghetti is al dente.  Drain and keep warm.
  • Add the ham, Alfredo sauce and pepper flakes to the pan and heat over medium heat until warmed, about 1 minute.
  • Return the spaghetti and broccoli to the pan and toss to mix.
  • Spoon onto individual serving plates. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
