Creamy and tangy chicken salad is accented with fruit and slices of almonds to make a delicious Chicken Salad with Green Grapes and Almonds.

- 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 3 eggs hard-boiled & chopped
- 1 1/2 cups green grapes halved
- 3/4 cup green onions chopped
Dressing
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Koshor salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 kiwi peeled and sliced, optional
In a large bowl combine chicken, grapes, celery, onions and eggs.
In another small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and seasonings.
Stir until smooth and pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.
Stir in almonds and just before serving garnish with kiwi slices if desired.
