A simple creamy gravy made of cream of mushroom soup, butter and cream cheese makes a delicious Crock Pot Pork Chops with Gravy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Grease or line a crock pot. Season pork chops with seasoned salt and add to the crock pot.
  • Pour undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  • Cut cream cheese into cubes and slice butter. Lay over top of chops.
  • Cover crock pot and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or on high for 2 - 3 hours until pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F and are fork tender.
