Crock Pot Pork Chops with Gravy
A simple creamy gravy made of cream of mushroom soup, butter and cream cheese makes a delicious Crock Pot Pork Chops with Gravy recipe.
Servings 6 servings
- 2.5 pounds pork chops
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
Grease or line a crock pot. Season pork chops with seasoned salt and add to the crock pot.
Pour undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the top.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and slice butter. Lay over top of chops.
Cover crock pot and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours or on high for 2 - 3 hours until pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F and are fork tender.
