Reuben Dip

Corned beef and sauerkraut are warmed with cheeses to make an easy and Reuben Dip or spread. This recipe makes a great party appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces corned beef chopped
  • 12 ounces sauerkraut drained
  • 12 ounces Swiss cheese shredded
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients well and transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly along the edges.

Notes

  • Be sure to chop and separate pieces of corned beef before stirring together with other ingredients
