Quick Pizza Dip

If you like cheese and crackers you'll LOVE this Quick Pizza Dip!  It's a great combination of cheese and sauce topped with diced peppers.  Use your favorite crackers to dip and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 Tbsp green and red pepper diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°Fahrenheit. 
    Beat cream cheese and Italian seasoning with electric mixer until well blended.  Spread on bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
  • Layer 1 cup mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce and remainder of mozzarella cheese.  Sprinkle diced pepper on top.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.  Serve with crackers or breadsticks.  We enjoyed premium crackers with herb and olive oil flavors.
