Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham
Sweet pineapple and brown sugar perfectly complement a nice smoked ham. Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham is the easiest way we’ve ever made a boneless ham! It’s so easy to serve a crowd right out of the slow cooker!
Servings 12 people
- 10 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 4 pounds ham boneless and sliced
Combine all glaze ingredients in a pan over medium high heat. Stir often until mixture boils. Boil for one minute.
Grease crock or use a non-stick liner. Add sliced ham to slow cooker.
Pour glaze evenly over ham, cover and turn slow cooker to low.
A 4 pound ham warms through in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Use baster or ladle to cover ham with pineapple and brown sugar glaze before serving.
