Ingredients
4pork chops at least 1" thick
pinchsalt & pepper
1boxdressingprepare as directed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish
Prepare box of stuffing
Take a pork loin and cut it into chops that are a hearty one inch thick or pick-up a pack of really thick chops. Take the thick pork chop and cut it nearly in half. oven.
Season the outside of the chops with salt and pepper. Open the pocket and fill with prepared stuffing.
Use an instant read meat thermometer to look for an internal temperature of 145° F in the thickest part of the chop. These chops that were one inch thick only took 30 minutes to be cooked in a 350°F oven
