We are always looking for easy slow cooker recipes that use leftover turkey. Our Crock Pot Broccoli and Turkey with Cheese Sauce is a new easy meal that our family enjoys! We've made it several times since school started.
Grease crock pot or use a crock pot liner. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and place in a layer in the crock.
In a saucepan blend all remaining ingredients except turkey on low heat. Stir often until melted and smooth.
Pour half a cup of creamy cheese sauce over broccoli.
Add cooked turkey to crock. Makes roughly a 1/4" layer of meat (cooked turkey or chicken) in a 6 quart crock.
Cook on low 2.5 to 4 hours until the dish is warmed through.
